Cognitive Behavioral Depression Group
The CBT Depression Group meets for 10 ninety minute sessions on an every-other-week basis. Group participants use a workbook format to learn about depression and anxiety, and the thinking errors they may have which are contributing to their depression. The group is limited to a maximum of eight members per session. Groups meet on a regular basis, with new groups starting quarterly. This group is appropriate for adults with a diagnosis of depression or anxiety.

Eating Disorders Skills Group
The ED Skills Group is designed for individuals with an eating disorder who need to develop skills to manage their eating disorder symptoms. The content of the group is cognitive-behavioral, with group members learning how to use skills such as behavior chains, thought records and goal setting to control ED symptoms. Groups meet on a weekly basis for 90 minutes. The group is limited in size to eight members. This group is appropriate for individuals age 15 through adult with an eating disorder diagnosis. New groups start on an as-needed basis.

Body Image Group
The Body Image Group is designed to assist women with body image issues in creating a more accurate image of themselves. A variety of techniques are utilized, including discussion, imagery, and art therapy. Participants meet for a total of 12 ninety minute sessions. This group is designed for individuals age 16 and older, and is limited in size to six members.
