Lynn Hardy

Lynn Hardy is a Licensed Psychologist with 20 years of experience in employee assistance, hospital emergency rooms and private practice. Lynn received her BA from Bethel College. She received her master’s degree from St. Mary’s University. Lynn’s commitment to her faith, family and profession is of utmost importance to her. Lynn believes her personal relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ helps her focus in her personal and professional life. She is pleased to be able to offer the option of a faith based perspective in counseling for those seeking a more holistic approach in integrating their spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health. Lynn and her husband have been married over 22 years and have three children.

Lynn sees individuals, couples and families for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, loss, interpersonal conflicts, compulsivity and abuse issues. She utilizes primarily a cognitive-behavioral and solution focused approach. Her special interests include women’s issues, life balance issues, parenting, critical incident stress debriefings, life coaching and chemical dependency counseling and evaluations. Lynn also specializes in counseling those who have been traumatized by accidents, abuse, violence or the effects of War.
