Duane Hackbarth

Duane Hackbarth, MA, LMFT, LADC is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Duane is also a Certified Prepare and Enrich Counselor focusing on pre-marital and marital relationships.

He is currently working as a coordinator for an outpatient adolescent and adult chemical dependency program. In addition, he conducts family group therapy, and facilitates support groups for several local school districts. For the past 25 years he has worked with families and children with learning difficulties, emotional and social difficulties and chemical health concerns.

Duane's professional mission statement is to have integrity in his professional life and to strive to align him career goals with his personal and family mission. He accomplishes this by doing the following: Putting and emotional well-being first, seeking creative ways to maintain a balanced life. Fostering love and support and minimizing fear and anxiety. Be a motivator. Maintaining high expectations of him clients and himself. These expectations will help the client empower themselves as the change agent in their own therapeutic process.
